Responsibilities:
Sales Executive/ Manager (Renovation – Hacking & Demolition)
Identify and target project-based opportunities in residential and commercial sectors
Support business development efforts by identifying, engaging, and securing new clients or project leads.
Maintain excellent customer relationships, understanding their needs and delivering value.
Prepare and submit quotations, close deals, and follow through with project coordination when necessary.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and respond to customer inquiries via chat, phone, and in-person visits
Construction and Renovation knowledge is an advantage
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
Sales Manager (Smart Sanitary Wares)
Identify and develop business opportunities in residential and hospitality projects.
Secure product specifications and adoption for all suitable projects, including large-scale developments.
Build and maintain a strong project pipeline by working closely with developers, consultants, architects, and design firms.
Conduct product presentations and technical briefings for developers, architects, designers, and project owners.
Highlight the brand’s value in design, innovation, cost efficiency, and sustainability.
Strengthen brand presence across all market segments, especially condos, apartments, and hotels.
Collaborate with Marketing on events, seminars, design showcases, and digital activities to increase visibility.
Develop sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth goals and project targets.
Track project progress, conversion rates, and client engagement using CRM tools and reports.
Monitor market trends and contribute insights to guide product development and marketing plans.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Background in project sales, key account management, or distributor/channel management.
Experience in renovation, construction, or residential projects, as well as in sanitary ware, bathroom fittings, plumbing products, tiles, home improvement, kitchen solutions, or smart bathroom systems, is an advantage.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage architects, developers, and consultants confidently.
Class 3 license is a plus
