Job Scope:

• Install, commission, and test food processing and packaging/ machinery equipment

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical parts

• Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and retrofits

• Provide on-site technical and after-sales support to customers

• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend repair solutions

• Maintain service reports, checklists, and customer feedback

• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for spare parts and technical info

• Follow safety, hygiene, and operational protocols at customer sites

Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields

• Hands-on experience in servicing industrial, food processing, or packaging equipment

• Willing to travel for site visits, installations, and servicing

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Able to work independently and in a team

• Possess a valid Class 3 Singapore driving license is a plus
