As an Assistant HR Manager (Compensation & Strategy Planning), you will be responsible for the following duties:
Assist Head of HR in thecreation and execution of compensation policies, procedures, and frameworks.
Develop and maintain compensation-related policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with company objectives.
Oversee the organisation’s funding schemes, annual salary review cycle, and processes for bonuses and promotions.
Analyse HR data to uncover trends and insights that inform strategic HR planning and initiatives.
Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance HR operations, policies, and overall practices.
Lead HR digitalisation efforts by utilising technology and robotic process automation to improve efficiency.
Manage end-to-end HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with budget and objectives.
Work closely with other departments to support HR initiatives and ensure smooth project coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in HR analytics, reporting, and data interpretation is an added advantage.
