Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Service Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Provide servicing for customers' Multi-Function Devices following established service manual procedures.

• Maintain ownership of assigned Multi-Function Devices, ensuring they remain in optimal working condition.

• Deliver exceptional service during visits to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues to facilitate seamless machine usage in printing environments.

• Ensure proper installation and demonstrate machine functions and connectivity to users.

• Collaborate with the team to provide technical support and develop solutions for customers.

REQUIREMENTS 

• A diploma or equivalent qualification in engineering, IT, business, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in technical field operations relating to office equipment and an intermediate understanding of networking.

• Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations throughout the island.
