Job Scope:

Buildiing/ Facilities Technician

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.

• Liaise with external contractors or specialists to resolve complex technical issues.

• Monitor and operate building equipment, promptly report faults, and coordinate necessary repairs.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and building codes.

• Support general facility upkeep and assist in coordinating works with vendors or service providers.

• Maintain proper inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.

• Keep detailed and accurate records of maintenance schedules, repair works, and equipment performance.

Service Technician (Water heating system)

• Carry out installation, maintenance, and repair of water heaters, including both instant and storage types.

• Identify and resolve faults to ensure water heaters operate safely and efficiently.

• Deliver professional and courteous service, addressing customer inquiries and keeping them informed throughout the service process.

• Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, repair actions, and parts replacement.

• Follow all safety procedures, local regulations, and company standards during installation and servicing work.

• Advise customers on proper usage and basic maintenance to enhance product performance and lifespan.
  

Job Requirement

• Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Min 1-2 years of hands-on building/ facilities technician industrial experience.

• Class 3 license is a plus.
