Programme Manager (6-Month Contract)
Monday to Friday | 42 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
• Take ownership and collaborate with internal divisions and external service providers to address issues, resolve problems, and manage change requests.
• Plan, manage, and deliver projects and services efficiently, ensuring service satisfaction, compliance, and business continuity.
• Apply strong problem-solving and scoping skills to define issues, develop project plans, and execute them independently.
• Gather, synthesize, and analyse data from multiple sources to develop clear, data-driven insights and solutions.
• Identify opportunities and insights that enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in programme or project management, with a focus on IT service continuity and change management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM and knowledge of ITIL v4 principles will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools for extracting, interpreting, and presenting service performance insights.
