Job Scope:

• Support cost estimation and tender preparation for upcoming projects.

• Work with Senior QS to compile cost analyses and comparison reports.

• Coordinate, negotiate, and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers.

• Source and review quotations from various vendors.

• Prepare tender documents, costing summaries, and price assessment sheets.

• Perform precise quantity measurements for progress claims, variation orders, and subcontractor payments.

• Handle the preparation of VO submissions, final accounts, claim documentation, and settlement matters.

• Verify and certify work progress for both subcontractors and main contract components.

• Oversee contract administration relating to variation works.

• Carry out any other QS-related duties assigned to support project and costing functions.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.

• Experience with a main contractor (mandatory).
