Project Manager (Geotechnical) - #1124655

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil/geotechnical construction projects, including ground improvement and soil stabilization works.

• Plan, organize, and allocate project resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure technical compliance and smooth execution.

• Monitor site activities to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

• Prepare project reports, track progress, and communicate updates to management and clients.

• Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain project performance and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in civil/geotechnical/construction project management, preferably with exposure to ground improvement, soil stabilization, or deep foundation works.

• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including subcontractors and site teams.

• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills; able to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with construction management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office suite).
