About our Business
Our Unmanned & Integrated Systems business offers holistic solutions in system engineering and integration. We pioneer maritime robotics and autonomy solutions, provide system integration for complex naval and island air defence System-of-Systems (SoS), and take care of the operation and maintenance of Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence (C4I) systems. The Assistant PMO Programme / Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of system integration projects. They ensure that various hardware, software, and networking components work together seamlessly to meet the project requirements. The role involves managing technical tasks, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, performing system testing, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring compliance with standards. You will play a key role in overseeing the system integration lifecycle, from initial design through deployment, ensuring that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required technical specifications.

Oversee and manage the project schedule and milestones delivery
Provide direction in programme and technical matters
Formulate processes to handle project matters
Ensure readiness of all delivery submission to the customers.
Manage the progress meetings, design reviews, etc.
Involve in conflict management and resolution
Perform incident analysis and identify issues
Provide solution and assessment to resolve system design or system engineering issues
Qualities We Value
Knowledge in Engineering / Computing / Communication or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience in large scale defence programme management or equivalent.
Candidate with PMP certification will be advantageous
Rich experience in project coordination and people management
Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
Strong in presentation skills with good networking & interpersonal skillsets
Knowledge in Project Management & System Engineering will be an added advantage
