School Marketing / Events Executive [West / Up to $4,200] - #1124555

We are looking for an Executive to oversee alumni engagement initiatives .

• Location: West 
• Working Hours: Office Hours
• Salary: Up to $4,200 per month
• Duration: 6-months 

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, manage, and support the engagement meetings.
• Monitor the allocated operating budget.
• Assist with logistics and coordination for events, including registration management, communications, venue setup, and on-site support.
• Respond to inquiries via email and messaging platforms, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain and update contact records in the CRM or database system.
• Support alumni email campaigns, newsletters, and social media outreach.
• Prepare post-event reports, data summaries, and feedback analyses.
• Help promote programmes, benefits, initiatives, and volunteer opportunities.
• Work with cross-department teams on joint initiatives, where necessary.
• Support outreach projects and department-wide initiatives.
• Perform general administrative tasks.

Job Requirements: 

• Singaporean only. 
• Minimum Diploma in any related discipline.
