Leader - Data Analytics, AI & Innovation - #1124201

A pivotal leadership role responsible for establishing and guiding a newly created department dedicated to fostering innovation, automation, and the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. This role will chair a cross-functional committee tasked with exploring opportunities in innovation, automation, and AI, and will spearhead initiatives that leverage big data analytics to drive business transformation.

The successful candidate will be expected to stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the AI market, identify applicable technologies, and collaborate with various functional departments to implement AI-driven solutions that automate and enhance work processes. To drive a culture of continuous improvement and digital transformation across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

• 3-5 years proven experience in leading innovation, automation, or AI initiatives

• Strong knowledge of the current AI market, including technologies, vendors, and industry trends.

• Demonstrated expertise in big data analytics, including data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functional departments and drive cross-functional projects.

• Experience managing teams and budgets for technology-driven projects.

• Strategic thinker with a track record of delivering innovative solutions and measurable business outcomes.

• Adaptable, proactive, and passionate about driving digital transformation.
