About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced and skilled electrical works supervisor.  The candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing electrical project teams in carrying out their work efficiently and safely, while maintaining a high-quality standard of work. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Team Leadership: 

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of aircon installation teams  

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment. 

• Train and mentor technicians and apprentices on installation techniques and safety protocols 

1. Technical Expertise: 

• Understand, articulate and guide the teams in the installation process  

• Provide technical support and resolve on-site challenges 

• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems for performance issues 

1. Stakeholder management 

• Able to communicate with customers to understand their needs  

• Attend to complaints and work out a cost-effective resolution with customers  

1. Compliance and Safety: 

• Ensure and enforce compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, for the well-being of employees, customers and the general public. 

Qualifications and Requirements 

Education & Certifications 

• Diploma or ITE certificate in relevant disciplines or fields  

• Class 3 driving license 

• BCSS and Manage Work-at-Height Certification 

Technical Skills 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Electrical works.  

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities 

Soft Skills 

• Good leadership and team management skills  

• Good communication and coordination skills  

• Strong attention to detail and precision 

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. 

• Good critical thinking and problem- solving ability.
