Customer Service Officer (Retail Industry) - #1123910

• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

• Lorong Chuan (New Tech Park)

• Basic + AWS + Quarterly Bonus
  

Requirement:

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to deal with customer

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Prior experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to enquiries and provide necessary service to resolve customers' needs

• Manage and resolve customer complaints.

• Provide good customer service through product knowledge.

• Assist in resolving customer issues relating to orders and inquiries.

• Manage daily order in detail, etc.

• Communicate with various departments and external parties to ensure timely and accurate order.

• Support any ad-hoc duties as when assigned by leaders.
