Requirement:
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to deal with customer
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Attend to enquiries and provide necessary service to resolve customers' needs
Manage and resolve customer complaints.
Provide good customer service through product knowledge.
Assist in resolving customer issues relating to orders and inquiries.
Manage daily order in detail, etc.
Communicate with various departments and external parties to ensure timely and accurate order.
Support any ad-hoc duties as when assigned by leaders.
