Associate Equipment Engineer (MNC - Semiconductor) - #1123900

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform equipment setup, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure high production yield and reliability.

• Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and ensure compliance with equipment maintenance schedules.

• Work closely with process engineers and technicians to resolve equipment-related issues in a timely manner.

• Support equipment upgrades, tool installations, and continuous improvement projects.

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure all work follows safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.

• Participate in shift operations and provide support during equipment downtime or emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance preferred (fresh graduates welcome).

• Willing to work on rotating shifts (day/night).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent teamwork, communication, and commitment to quality and safety.

• Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
