Key Responsibilities:

• Load, secure, and transport goods to assigned delivery locations safely and efficiently.

• Deliver goods to customer doorsteps, factories, and warehouses as scheduled.

• Verify delivery orders and ensure accurate quantities before dispatch.

• Collect payments from customers (cash or Paynow) and ensure proper documentation.

• Maintain delivery records, receipts, and payment acknowledgements.

• Handle goods with care to prevent damage during loading, transit, and unloading.

• Report any delivery delays, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly.

• Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, serviced, and in good working condition.

• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.
