Sales Executive / Assistant Manager (Key Accounts) – Non-Commission

Location: Somerset (Walking distance from MRT)
Salary: Up to $5,200 + 1-month bonus
Contract: 12 months (extendable/convertible)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm

About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Executive / Assistant Manager to join our Key Account Sales team. You will manage sales enquiries and maintain relationships with key account customers, while identifying opportunities to grow business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate quotations and submit tenders to customers

• Negotiate contracts and manage key account relationships

• Identify and source new business opportunities for value-added services

• Provide pre- and post-sales support to customers

• Recommend improvements to processes and standards

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline, or Diploma with a minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience

• 3–5 years of experience in sales and account management with commercial or industrial clients

• Strong interpersonal and customer management skills

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Ability to read and interpret tender or contractual documents

• Competent in analyzing numerical data and troubleshooting logically
