Roles & Responsibilities 

- Promote and oversee a one-stop shop for soft environmental services such as cleaning, waste management & horticulture.

-Particularly well verse in managing Cleaning contracts.

- Seeking new opportunities to expand our company environmental services.

- Overseeing preparation of quotations, tender submission and submit costing.

- Execute policies and implement quality control for projects. 

-. Regular client visits and attend operations meetings to be updated on the conditions of the sites and potential business growth and expansion.

- Lead and manage Operation Teams to achieve the desirable targets

Requirements:

- Must be familiar with environmental services sector.

- Have track record to cross sell various service offerings.

- Must have experience in handling govt and private sector tenders.

- Strong understanding of operational issues.

- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

- Be energetic, proactive, self-driven and highly motivated in driving the business.

- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with the employees, customer and regulatory authorities
