About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic culinary team as a Chef de Partie at JADE COMMERCIAL SERVICES', a leading provider of premium hospitality services. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in preparing and delivering high-quality, innovative dishes that delight our guests at our Changi Airport East Region SG location. This is a full-time position that offers the chance to showcase your culinary expertise and passion in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing, cooking and presenting a variety of dishes to the highest standards

2. Ensuring consistent food quality and presentation across all menu items

3. Collaborating with the Head Chef and team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones

4. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised kitchen environment

5. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

6. Providing excellent customer service and responding to any guest requests or dietary requirements

7. Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff as needed

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a fast-paced, high-quality hospitality or food service environment

2. Formal culinary training or qualification, such as a Diploma in Culinary Arts

3. Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety and hygiene standards

4. Strong organisational and time management skills to work efficiently in a busy kitchen

5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take direction from the Head Chef

6. Passion for creating exceptional dining experiences and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations

7. Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
