Must possess experience handling Maincon/Subcon (Construction/Facility Management industry)

Job Description:

• Project management includes: Training and Audit, Manpower Management, P&L management of Paint Spalling Concrete, Revenue, Cost and Margin.

• Main Liaison with partner companies/contractors/HDB on all CRR matters.

• Presentation to HDB and key stakeholders of CRR.

• Work with Contracts Department on CRR operations admin support.

• Work with Technical Department on product testing, certification and other technical matters.

• Work with Procurement Department on product purchases, shipment and delivery.

• Reports directly to Deputy General Manager, provide regular updates on training, audit, manpower matters, site situation & progress, and other CRR matters.

• Undertake other job functions as and when assigned based on project needs.
