Job scope:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies locally and regionally to achieve targets, expand market share, and maintain client relationships.

2. Lead and manage the Sales team, including training, performance monitoring, proposal preparation, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations.

3. Drive business growth through identifying new markets, value-add projects, and presenting compelling value propositions to customers.

4. Organize marketing initiatives, such as exhibitions, trade shows, presentations, and RFP/RFQ submissions, to promote the company and its products.

5. Ensure quality service by providing technical support, after-sales service, and market insights to enhance customer satisfaction and competitiveness.

6. Collaborate and report with internal teams and management, preparing sales budgets, executing plans, and undertaking overseas travel as required.
