Job scope:

1. Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales growth, profitability targets, and expand existing customer relationships.

2. Drive new business development through networking, prospecting, and offering a comprehensive product/service range.

3. Provide technical sales solutions by advising customers, preparing proposals, conducting presentations, and managing pricing and contracts.

4. Analyze customer trends and market intelligence to support planning, forecasting, and competitive strategy.

5. Ensure revenue and cash flow by meeting billing targets, monitoring sales performance, and following up on receivables.

6. Deliver exceptional customer service through after-sales support, value-added solutions, and addressing technical or operational needs.
