Responsibilities
1) Oversee the day to day operations of the Front Desk Department
2) Liaise with Donors and Devotees and maintain a good relationship with them
3) Responsible for the smooth operations of all Donor Relations events, activities, ceremonies, and customer servicing
4) Maintain accurate and up-to-date donor contact and biographical information
5) Fulfill data and report requests, including the production of donor lists,
and quarterly ceremony report for MC meeting
6) Assist in supporting overseas pilgrimages, trips, etc
7) Undertake any other duties as assigned
Requirements
1) Diploma and above
2) Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
3) Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
4) Must be meticulous, creative, and able to work independently
5) Able to work on Public Holidays, CNY, and weekends
6) Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Chinese (in order to handle documents or content written in English and Chinese language)
7) Good written and spoken English, Mandarin, and dialects (in order to build and maintain a good relationship with internal and external Chinese and dialect speaking stakeholders)
8) Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be an advantage.
9) Familiar with Buddhist Ceremony / Event
10) Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
11) Training will be provided
12) Singaporean only!
