Responsibilities and Duties
Generate sales order for order processing.
Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
Handling and resolving customer feedbacks.
Ensure all deliveries to customers are properly communicated to all parties.
Co-ordinate with Logistics/ 3rd party to ensure on-time delivery.
Verify certificate of analysis/ compliance, applying inspection status.
Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
Maintaining database of customer contacts.
Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access of work documents.
Any other duties as assigned,
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
Diploma in Business AdminĀ
At least 2 years working experience in related field.
SAP knowledge is an added advantage
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Other information
5-days work week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
Company transport provided at designated pick-up point (Jurong West, Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Serangoon, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands MRT)
