The Opportunity:

Our client is a well-established, trusted leader in international and bilingual education across 9 countries. They are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to provide administrative and digital learning support to the team.

The Job:

• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, communications, document management, and project tracking.
• Coordinate school-wide academic projects, training sessions, and pedagogical events, including logistics.
• Manage and maintain digital tools, platforms
• Assist in onboarding staff to digital platforms and ensure smooth user adoption
• Support design needs by creating presentations, templates, and visual resources aligned with brand guidelines.

The Talent:

• Minimum Diploma in any field
• 3-5 years of administrative experience from education industry
• Experience with using Canva, gamma, or any design related tools
• Experience with creating powerpoint slides
• Passionate and proactive
