Responsibilities:

Perform full set of accounting transactions

Prepare month-end closing and submit management report for directors to review

Liaise with auditors on account audit matters as well as certificates renewal 

Manage AP to ensure timely verification & processing of suppliers invoices as well as payment to vendors

Monitor AR aging and follow up closely with customers to ensure prompt collection

Prepare GST submission

Any ad-hoc accounting functions assigned by the management

Proceed on HR matters include recruitment, permit applications, salary, CPF & Income Tax submission etc.
