Sales Support Executive (Marine / Oil & Gas Industry) / Work from home 40% - #1120437

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support cum Sales Executive with experience in the marine or oil & gas industry. You will support sales operations, manage tender submissions, and build strong client relationships while ensuring seamless project coordination and delivery.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents for government and corporate clients.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

• Manage order processing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.

• Support post-sales activities and maintain accurate sales records.

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain key customer relationships.

• Oversee the tender process and liaise with technical and procurement teams.

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

• 3–5 years’ experience in sales support or sales, ideally in the marine or oil & gas sector.

• Knowledge of tenders, marine safety equipment, LC processes, and Incoterms.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM systems.

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
