Accounts Executive (Construction | West | UP$4K) - #1119596

Location: West Singapore
Salary: Up to $4,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 5 days, Office Hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).

• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, and vendors on accounting matters.

• Ensure timely closing of monthly and yearly accounts.

• Maintain accurate accounting records and support audit/tax matters.

• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or equivalent).

• Meticulous, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
