Fashion Merchandising Executive - #1123311

Responsibilities

To handle the sales performance, pricing, merchandising, inventory, buying, aspect of the business.

• Manage and monitor sell through and inventory levels, packing material compilation and coordinate with the supply chain to maintain stock levels.

• Planning and execution of work-in-progress to completion with overseas vendors.

• Liaise with factories, distributors and suppliers on specifications, construction and production progress.

• Process and follow up on all bulk orders, ad-hoc orders and special orders.

• Negotiat for best prices with factories and meeting ETD and ETA deadlines.

• Track and ensure quality control and timely deliveries for all orders.

Requirements

• Strong coordination while multi-tasking to meet deadlines

• Strong project management, organizational skills and detail oriented

• Good problem solving and analytical skill

• Strong communication skills and a team player

• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills

• Experience in an e-commerce setting is a huge plus
