What you'll be doing?

• Casework and Counselling: Identify and assess risks in moderately complex cases, using professional tools to guide staff in case assessment and planning.

• Groupwork and Community Work: Lead or co-lead client/community assessments, adapting group work processes and specialized intervention strategies.

• Supervisory Duties: Monitor supervisees' compliance to professional processes and assess their capabilities, identifying areas for professional growth.

• Operational Managerial Skills: Support the implementation of centre's operational and practice protocols, processes, and policies.
  

Who are they looking for?

• Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in social work practice.

• Skills: Strong relational skills to network with government agencies, churches, and community partners.

• Knowledge: Good understanding of quality standards, systems, and resources to represent clients' needs.

• Abilities: Ability to engage stakeholders, demonstrate reflective practice, and apply professional ethics.
