Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Marketing Partnerships


  • Identify, develop and manage partnership strategy & planning to align MWR marketing goals with strategic partners’ objectives and roadmaps.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with strategic partners to drive joint business growth.

  • Lead campaign development and creation of co-branded campaigns, digital content, and demand generation programmes.

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including messaging, creative development, media and performance tracking while ensuring compliance with MWR branding guidelines.

  • Act as the primary marketing liaison between internal teams (sales, product, comms etc) and partner marketing counterparts.

  • Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.

  • Measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs against defined KPIs

  • Provide regular reporting and insights to internal and partner stakeholders.

Attractions Marketing


  • Conceptualise, plan and execute various integrated campaigns and projects to achieve brand, attendance and revenue KPIs for MWR, including but not limited to local destination marketing and seasonal campaigns for earned, owned, paid channels

  • Lead and/or provide support in all marketing aspects from planning, budgeting, approvals, meeting deadlines, contingency planning, campaign analysis and reporting to deliver quality outputs and outcomes.

  • Work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams such as digital & social, creative & design and other multiple internal teams to deliver campaigns and projects.

  • Work effectively with creative agencies, production houses and internal design team to develop key visuals, campaign applications and in-market collaterals.

  • Work effectively with media agency to execute media campaigns and optimise digital campaigns.

  • Manage marketing budget to improve and achieve optimal ROI

  • Work on special projects and other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent

  • Highly motivated individual with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing or related disciplines, preferably in Tourism or Hospitality industry

  • Proven experience in branding, consumer marketing, partnership marketing, digital marketing, project management and budget management

  • Proven capability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast-changing environment

  • Demonstrates ability to adapt quickly, with the flexibility to pivot strategies and plans in response to evolving market demands and business priorities.

  • High energy self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical, results-orientated, and highly organised

  • Able to work independently while being a good team player
