Strategic Planning Executive (Strategic Planning & Research) - Govt / LXY - #1122807

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to support strategic planning and research efforts within a public sector setting. You will play an active role in data analysis, planning, and coordination to strengthen organisational strategies and service delivery.

• Support the team in data collection, analysis, and presentation of findings to inform decision-making.

• Contribute to the development of organisational workplans and updating of transformation initiatives.

• Assist in planning team retreats and internal events to foster collaboration and alignment of priorities.

• Support group-level data analytics and reporting to management.

• Contribute to special projects and administrative coordination to achieve team objectives.

• Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Strong research and analytical skills; experience with qualitative research or interviews preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Intermediate).

• Excellent report writing and communication skills.

• Experience using SPSS or similar data analysis tools will be advantageous.

• Exposure to strategic planning and policy work in a public service environment.
