Passenger Service Agent (Changi Airport | Gross Up to $3,000 | $5,000 Joining Bonus)

Location: Changi Airport
Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotating shifts)
Transport: Provided for shifts ending after midnight

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: Up to $2,600

• Gross Salary: Up to $3,000 (with shift allowance & OT)

• Joining Bonus: $5,000

• AWS + Variable Bonus (Up to 4 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a positive and memorable experience to all passengers

• Manage check-in procedures and assist travelers upon arrival

• Ensure smooth departure processes at the gate

• Provide dedicated support to passengers with special needs

• Deliver customer service in premium lounges
