Job Summary:

• Salary range: $2400 - $2600

• Working hours: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday), 9am - 6pm

• Location: Bedok North

• Variable bonus

Job Description

• Perform Order Entry

• Handle receiving (check invoice qty & system update)

• Responsible for Production planning and organizing production schedules

• Take ownership of customer order from purchase order reception to delivery and invoicing

• Coordination with Sales, Logistics Team and Finance

• Ensure all delivery documents are properly completed for payment

• Ensure all deliveries are fulfilled within agreed time

• Perform sales analysis and submit periodical sales report

• Resolve any operational issue

• Support month end closing activities (stock-taking)

• Other ad-hoc duties
