Responsibilities:

• Drive the overall pastry strategy and development roadmap, ensuring creativity and operational consistency across all outlets.

• Manage daily pastry production, maintaining quality and uniformity between the central kitchen and retail stores.

• Create innovative and seasonal products that align with the brand’s identity and meet customer preferences.

• Partner with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to support new product launches and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain strict production, hygiene, and food safety standards across all locations.

• Review sales data and customer feedback to enhance existing products and ensure ongoing market relevance.

• Guide and develop the pastry team to strengthen technical expertise, creativity, and teamwork.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Baking, or relevant

• Minimum 5 years of experience
