Digital Marketing Manager - #1122703

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing fintech business in Singapore. The role is ideal for a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for digital channels, growth strategies, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEM, social media, email, content marketing, display, etc.)

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive acquisition, conversion, and retention

• Analyze campaign performance, website analytics, and other KPIs to optimize marketing efforts and report insights to stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations to align marketing initiatives with business objectives

• Manage the marketing budget efficiently and oversee third-party agencies or vendors as needed

• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices in fintech and financial services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech, financial services, or tech

• Strong experience in paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and analytics

• Proficient with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM, marketing automation platforms)

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and project management skills
