                                                Assistant Finance Manager /Up to $4,500 @Benoi
Develop, implement, and maintain internal financial controls and policies.
Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Lead and coordinate external/internal audit processes, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
Identify financial risks, proposing mitigation strategies and business improvements.
Oversee month-end & year-end closing to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Collaborate with finance teams to maintain proper documentation and adherence to processes.
Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning activities.
Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiency.
Supervise finance team to foster a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Maintain a full set of accounts in accordance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards.
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses.
Submission of statutory filings, including GST and tax returns.
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, banks, and other stakeholders on financial matters.
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance with 3 yers of relevant experience
Proficient in accounting ERP, financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
Experience in handling full set of accounts and knowledge of tax regulations and GST filing.
2. Purchasing Cum Logistic Assistant /Up to $3,000 + $250 @Jurong Island
Input transfer notes, order entries, and update system data daily.
Review stuffing reports and manage document filing.
Check weekly and monthly inventory reports for accuracy.
Order packing materials, sub-raw materials, stationery, sundries, QC apparatus, equipment, and spares.
Issue all purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules.
Coordinate with warehouses for incoming vessels/shipments and arrange deliveries.
Liaise with suppliers on delivery arrangements, payments, and resolve discrepancies.
Obtain quotations and source items as requested by end-users.
'O' level/ITE/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, logistics, warehousing, or inventory management.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
