We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead Trainee. This role offers a great opportunity for talents who aspire to become supervisors in the hotel industry.

As a Housekeeping Team Lead Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training in the Housekeeping department, preparing you for future advancement into a supervisory position.

• Participate in structured, rotational and hands-on training within the Housekeeping department [Rooms, Public Area, Linen]

• Learn daily operational skills, cleaning standards and quality controls

• Assist in overseeing Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants

• Support the Housekeeping Manager in managing inventory and staff schedules

• Gain knowledge in health & safety standards, hotel guest satisfaction protocols and team coordination

• Prepare for a future transition into a Team Lead or Supervisor role.

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• 5 Days Work (Day Shifts Only)

• A positive attitude and willingness to gain hands-on experience across all areas of the department
