We are seeking exceptional Project Engineers (Senior/Junior) to join the team at CHINA RAILWAY CONSTRUCTION GROUP CORPORATION LIMITED SINGAPORE BRANCH. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects in the East Coast Central Region. Job Description

Site Operation & Coordination: Lead daily construction activities across assigned trades, supervise subcontractors, assign work scoped to site staff, and maintain progress records through site diary and reports.

Procurement & Tender Support: Assist in preparing trade tender documents, including scope of work, safety requirements, drawings and specifications; support evaluation of bids and tender exercises.

Quality Assurance: Ensure usage of approved drawings and specifications, coordinate sample/mock-up submissions, monitor off-site fabrication and testing, and address defects through systematic follow-up.

Client & Consultant Engagement: Coordinate with consultants on technical queries and construction progress, attend BIM and site coordination meetings, and help resolve outstanding site issues.

Documentation & Handover Support: Track manpower usage and progress, manage statutory inspections for RI and TOP, compile documents for handover including O&M manuals and CONQUAS/Green Mark requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree/Master in Civil & Engineering or equivalent, recognized universities under the BCA, possess quantity surveying skills is a plus.

• Min 5 years working experience in construction industry with major A/A works and ERSS/piling works.

• Experience in underpinning works and conservation building works will be an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Autocad, Common Data Environtment.

• Experience in working and coordination between design and construction teams.
