You will:


  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3–4 sales representatives, providing regular coaching and performance reviews.

  • Develop and support the strategic growth initiatives of the sales team.

  • Manage daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the funnel.

  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and nurturing existing key accounts.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers, acting as the point of escalation for major accounts.

  • Assist in developing and executing a structured sales training and onboarding program to accelerate team ramp-up and capability building.

  • Establish clear team targets, KPIs, and reporting cadence to ensure accountability.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve client experience and influence the product roadmap with data-driven insights.

  • Refine and enhance sales strategies, CRM adoption, and processes to achieve business objectives.

  • Oversee execution of large-scale corporate events and B2B partnerships when required.



We’re looking for someone with:


  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B outbound sales.

  • Proven experience in leading, coaching, or managing a small team with track record of achieving group sales targets.

  • Strong account management experience, with ability to build long-term client relationships at senior levels.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and people development skills.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze pipeline health and forecast revenue accurately.

  • Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and often ambiguous environment.

  • High intellectual curiosity, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
