Patient Service Associate (6 Months Contract - Extendible)

In this role, you will play a key part in providing a positive and seamless experience for our patients, from registration to discharge.

Job Responsibilities:

• Register and maintain patient records accurately

• Schedule and manage patient appointments

• Handle consultation payments and related administrative tasks

• Support the conduct of video consultations by preparing patients, managing application logistics, verifying medication delivery details, and scheduling follow-up appointments.

• Attend to patient queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system

• Assist doctor in chaperoning the patients during medical examinations

Job Requirements:

• Min. N/O ‘Levels required

• With or without experience are welcome
