About Our Client:

Our client is an integrated one-stop provider of M&E services such as extra low voltage (“ELV”), low voltage (“LV”) and high voltage (“HV”) electrical systems; air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (“ACMV”) systems; and fire protection (“FP”) systems.

What you'll be doing?

• Maintenance Support: Assist the Facilities Engineer in critical & facilities maintenance and management, ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems.

• Project Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedules and project milestones.

• Quality Assurance: Monitor and conduct quality checks on progressive completed work, making recommendations for effective project management.

• Technical Documentation: Support the preparation, checking, and submission of shop drawings, contributing to the project's technical accuracy.

• Administrative Assistance: Provide valuable support to the Facilities Engineer on various project administrative matters, enhancing overall project efficiency.

Who are they looking for?

• Educational Background: Candidates with a Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. We welcome applications from individuals with diverse educational backgrounds.

• Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in M&E or construction industry.

• Safety Conscious: Possession of relevant safety certificates is advantageous, demonstrating your commitment to workplace safety.

• Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously and thrive under pressure to meet tight project schedules.

• Flexible and Mobile: Willingness to travel based on project site requirements.

• Working Hour: 815am - 6pm

• Salary Range: $3,200-$4,200
