Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support our end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s workforce needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for delivering a great candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning.
Source potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and prepare reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Good understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in volume hiring for warehouse, transportation, and logistics roles.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices for blue-collar workforce.
Understanding of local employment laws and HR practices in the logistics industry.
