Freight Forwarding Company
Changi
5 Days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
UP $4,500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus
Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new freight forwarding opportunities across sea, air, and land.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.
Handle contract negotiations, quotations, and proposal follow-ups.
Collaborate with operations and apply regional logistics knowledge to stay competitive.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field required.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding, preferably airfreight.
Proven sales success with a strong hunter mentality to drive lead generation and deal closures.
Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and strong knowledge of the S.E.A. logistics market.
