Responsibilities:

• Recruit, screen, and obtain informed consent from study participants; explain study objectives clearly in layman terms and manage follow-up activities.

• Conduct research activities including data collection, biospecimen handling, and ensure strict adherence to study protocols, GCP, HBRA, and ethical regulations.

• Coordinate with investigators, clinicians, lab teams, and internal departments to support clinical workflows and meet research requirements.

• Maintain study records and databases, prepare for audits, and manage IRB submissions including new applications, amendments, and annual reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Public Health, or Social Science, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.

• Candidate with healthcare experience will be advantageous

• A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented

• Exceptional skills in analysis, communication, and problem-solving

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
