Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee equipment service, replacement, and overhauls; conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements.
- Develop SOPs, monitor maintenance efficiency, and respond to urgent breakdowns to maintain plant operations.
- Ensure equipment and systems meet MOM regulations and handle statutory inspections and certifications.
- Supervise contractors, negotiate proposals, review reports, and manage project and RM costs effectively.
- Audit vendor performance, manage contracts, and collaborate with HQ technical teams for process and equipment improvements.
- At least 2 years of mechanical experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Prior working experience or knowledge of chemical processes is a plus.
