As an Operations Executive, Clinic Facilities Management, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Oversee maintenance and operations of clinic buildings, equipment, and grounds.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Manage facility staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Handle budget and resource management, including inventory and supplies.
Streamline operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
Develop and implement emergency response and safety plans.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare reports on maintenance activities and track work orders.
Plan, direct and coordinate activities concerned with operation, repair, maintenance and construction of facilities, equipment and grounds to minimize interruption and improve efficiency.
Familiar with Workplace Health and Safety Act and advice related WSH on site matters.
Requirements:
Possess at least Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management or any related field
Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence is an advantage
