Job responsibilities:
Export Sales and Trading of wood-related products
Develop new markets and manage existing customers
Develop new suppliers and manage existing suppliers
Prepare Sales Contract and Purchase Order
Ensure compliance with legal requirements for exports and internal policies, and export procedures
Monitor export sales transactions and review all customer responses for sales orders and payments
Present recommendations for problem-solving and continuous improvement
Resolve customer issues for export processes and procedures, and collaborate with customers to ensure smooth functioning of our export processes and requirements
Execute and grow business on strategy and plan set by Manager
Increase sales revenue and gain market share across market segments
Collaborate with sales teams to improve and leverage relationships/opportunities
Provide and update reports to Sales Management as required
Conduct business trips to expand their businesses
Job requirements:
1-2 years of experience in commodity sales is a plus, more than 5 years is a great advantage
Willingness and flexibility to attend weekend and night events
Willing to travel overseas
Meet volume & profit targets set by leadership and provide insight to margin management department
Knowledge of International shipping is a plus
In-depth sales experience, preferably with medium and large clients
Well organized, industrious, creative and self-sufficient
Requires good teaming and negotiation skills
Knowledge and understanding of Incoterms
