What you'll be doing

• Supervise and guide patient service staff to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery

• Oversee patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up processes

• Manage patient enquiries professionally across multiple channels and resolve escalated issues

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data protection standards

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to optimise patient flow and operational efficiency

• Assist in implementing service improvement initiatives to elevate patient satisfaction

• Support reporting, performance tracking, and administrative oversight within patient service operations

What we're looking for

• Nitec level and above

• 1 - 4 years of working experience in patient services or healthcare operations

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• Ability to handle complex situations and resolve escalated patient concerns effectively

• Familiarity with patient management systems and healthcare regulatory requirements
