Responsibilities
- Establish project teams, manage project documentation, and coordinate with main contractors and consultants.
- Review system designs and specifications to ensure compliance, performance, and quality standards.
- Appoint and manage subcontractors, define scope of work, and monitor performance throughout the project.
- Oversee site operations, including office setup, equipment delivery, safety compliance, and on-site coordination.
- Manage financial processes, including monthly claims, budget preparation, forecasts, and progress reporting.
- Supervise project testing, commissioning, handover documentation, maintenance programs, and post-completion reporting.
- Prior experience in project handling, preferably involving air-conditioning, chiller, or HVAC systems, is an advantage.
