Key Responsibilities
· Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction through exceptional sales and service standards.
· Uphold store presentation and visual merchandising excellence.
· Attend to customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
· Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels.
· Oversee full P&L accountability for all restaurant operations to meet sales, profitability, and strategic goals.
· Develop and execute promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
· Conduct market research to identify new business and growth opportunities.
· Manage manpower planning to ensure sufficient staffing levels and efficient deployment.
· Supervise inventory control and ordering processes effectively.
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
· Minimum 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
· Proficient in both English and a second language.
· Strong sales drive and customer service mindset.
· Excellent people management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
· A proactive team player with solid leadership capabilities.
· Eager to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
